This contract is for the, Capital Installation, Repair, Servicing and Maintenance of the following Fire Protection Equipment: -Fire Alarm Systems -Emergency Lighting -Smoke Control Systems \(AOV\) \(Primarily Servicing and Responsive Repairs\) -Fire Extinguishers/Fire Blankets -Portable Suppression Systems -Sprinklers \(including motors and pumps\) \(Primarily Servicing and Responsive Repairs\) -Dry/Wet Risers \(Primarily Servicing and Responsive Repairs\) -Automatic Fire Detection \(Currently completed in-house however this may change thus the Contractor must have the capability and capacity to be able to do this if required\) -Electromagnetic Door Close Mechanisms\.
