## Description

As part of Stable Homes, Built on Love, the Government has launched a consultation on a wide set of proposals spanning the entirety of the children social care system\. We are seeking views to inform the delivery of 'pathfinders' to test the implementation of reform, gather further evidence where needed and inform the design of potential legislation in the future\.
