Tiverton Regeneration Project

Mid Devon District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor/ consortium to deliver the regeneration works for the Tiverton Fore Street and Pannier Market areas, under a JCT Design & Build Contract (2016) with the clients Schedule of Amendments. Included within the contract provision will be any associated external works, landscaping and drainage in accordance with the Employers requirements The estimated contract period for the works is 12 months. A project programme has been prepared and is available.
