Provision of Project Management and Full Design Team Services

Description

Aim of the Procurement was to establish a single Supplier Contract for the purchase of Professional Service for Design and Engineering. Provision of design and engineering consultancy services to support GPA's internal Design & Engineering team (D&E) within GPA Capital Projects. The contract duration is an initial 1 year period with an option to extend in 1 yearly increments reviewed on an annual basis. (1 +1). This Contract will be between the successful Supplier and the Contracting Authority (not the Crown Commercial Service (CCS), the Agent). The Contract is being offered under Crown Commercial Service Commercial Agreement RM3741 Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods/Services which will govern any resultant Contract. The Agent is managing this Procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This is a call off contract and as such the Contracting Authority cannot guarantee volumes of work. The Contracting Authority sought proposals for Professional Service for Design and Engineering. The bidding process was conducted through the e-Sourcing suite, following the release of bid back documents to potential bidders.
