## Description

I am pleased to inform you that your company has been selected for a Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers for the preparatory work for Project Jupiter and therefore we would like to award the contract to you\. The call-off contract shall commence on the 28th June 2022 and the expiry date will be 27th June 2023 for a period of 12 months\.The total contract value will be up to £750,000 excluding VAT\. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply\. A copy of the contract is provided with this Award Letter and includes those Panel Terms and Conditions\. - The contract value has been extended by an additional £375,000 excluding VAT and the total contract value is up to £1,125,000\.00 excluding VAT\.
