Victory Housing Trust is tendering a JCT 2016 Minor Works (With Contractors Design) Building Contract for a suitably experienced contractor to carry out repair works (reinstatement following fire damage) to 2 flats within a semi-detached property located in Wells-Next-The-Sea involving stripping out, repairs and renewals to floors/ walls/ ceilings, fitted kitchens and bathrooms and all other associated works including plumbing, heating & electrical.
