## Description

Swindon Borough Council \(SBC\) are considering tendering a service to provide support for children in a hub which will include residential services, a respite service and care and support in the community \. This will include support for children, 0 - 18 with disabilities and/ or high complex needs\. A term of 10 years with an option to extend for two further periods each of 24 months is being considered \. The contract will be let on Swindon Terms and conditions for services and the building will be leased to the successful provider probably at a peppercorn rent\.
