Childrens Services - Complex Needs Service

Swindon Borough Council (SBC) are considering tendering a service to provide support for children in a hub which will include residential services, a respite service and care and support in the community . This will include support for children, 0 - 18 with disabilities and/ or high complex needs. A term of 10 years with an option to extend for two further periods each of 24 months is being considered . The contract will be let on Swindon Terms and conditions for services and the building will be leased to the successful provider probably at a peppercorn rent.
