Work description
The Contract is for the Renewal of Bathrooms, Toilets and Shower rooms under the Housing Investment Programme for Colchester Borough Council's residential properties. The contract, with an anticipated start date in January 2019, will be for one year with an option to extend for up to a further twelve months.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
