Work description

The project is generally limited to finishing work though minor elements of structural alteration are required.The project comprises the following key aspects: Minor structural alterations; Redecoration of walls, ceilings, joinery, doors etc; Replacement/renewal and refurbishment of floor finishes; Replacement of suspended ceilings/tiles ;Minor repair work to finishes; Provision of a limited number of replacement doors; Firestopping; Provision of furniture, fittings and equipment; Adjustment, extension and provision of electrical services; Adjustment, extension and provision of mechanical services; Adjustments to roof structure & weatherproofing in association with ventilation services
