## Description

The University of Manchester intends to award a contract with up to two building maintenance contractors to provide Measured Term Reactive Building Maintenance Services with a potential requirement for minor works\. The contracts will be awarded for an initial two \[2\] year period, with the option to extend for a further two \[2\] years\. These contracts include a reactive service to respond to unexpected repair/maintenance work, as well as a planned maintenance service\.
