Provision of a 'High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), Consumables & Maintenance'

The Authority are looking to procure a High Intensity Focussed Ultrasound (HIFU) and consumables/ancillaries and servicing & maintenance over the expected life of the equipment. The equipment will be used within the Urology department at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (the Authority) which is a tertiary centre, receiving referrals from GPs and other hospitals for general and specialist treatment. It is based at Charing Cross Hospital, London. The service is introducing new diagnostic and treatment pathways for prostate cancer, of which HIFU treatment is a part.
