## Description

The University of Essex is seeking tenders for a refurbishment project in which to convert the Hex basement \(previously a kitchen\) into a book storage room\. This work will require removal of walls, disused electrical, pipework and ducting\. There will be some construction of new walls, electrical and minor works to create the space needed\.
