Manufacture, Supply, Construction and Completion of Seaburn Public Realm Phase 2: Whitburn Road Park Frontage

Sunderland Council is looking to appoint a principal contractor to manage the construction of paving works to the western footway of Whitburn Road at Seaburn extending from the junction with Dykelands Road north to the roundabout adjacent Morrison's supermarket. The contract involves groundworks to rationalise levels, laying of 5,200 sqm of clay block pavers to match the eastern footway to Whitburn Road, kerb edging, construction of feature paddlestone wall elements, installation of street furniture and landscaping.
