FCU Filter and Frame Replacement

Fan coil unit (FCU) filter and frame removal and replacement on approximately 120 FCUs across 2 floors at the Investment Centre. All units are ceiling mounted and are sited both in common areas and in tenant suites. Inspection of the heating and cooling valves in each unit will also be undertaken, replacing as required (additional cost). Works are required to be completed outside normal working hours so as to avoid disruption to Centre tenants.
