CWF Lot 1B - Port of Workington - New Warehouse Facility

The construction of additional warehouse facilities, approximately 50.00m X 30.00m with an internal height of 7.00m on an existing concrete slab, at the Port of Workington. The works will be procured under a two stage Design and Build Contract with Early Contractor Involvement. It is anticipated that the successful Contractor would be required to have a steel fabricator in place to design and deliver the project to an extremely tight schedule.
