1\.Removal of existing roof, facias & soffits & replacement of roof and facias and soffits\. Replacement with specified products \(R-MER Composite Roof System\), uPVC facias & soffits and; 2\.Remove all materials/rubbish from site & dispose according to regulations Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
