Void Property Clearance, Maintenance, Refurbishment and Cleaning Services

Tenders are invited for the supply of services in respect of a void property clearance, maintenance, refurbishment and cleaning service to the City of Lincoln Council's Housing Stock. The Council is responsible for the repair and maintenance works to approximately 600 void council house properties per annum across the City. Of these 600 properties it is estimated that approximately 200 properties per annum would be passed to The Service Provider for repair works. The Service Provider would also be required to clean all 600 properties on behalf of the Council. Void properties will be passed to the supplier who will then be responsible for the completion of works in line with the agreed timescale. It should be noted that any volumes included within this notice and/or the tender documents are estimates and therefore can not be guaranteed
