## Description

The Authority is seeking Tender for a single Contractor \(Service Provider\) able to provide all building maintenance repairs and Civil Works activities either directly or through their sub contract arrangement\. The Contractor will be able to operate across all locations in Berkshire and carry out any activities from minor building repairs through to small projects
