## Description

The works consist of construction of a concrete loading area, including: excavation of existing stone road; infill of adjacent potholes with excavated material; installation of tanalised timber edging; laying of ducting and pipes for extension of services, including draw pit installation; installation of reinforcement mesh; pouring of concrete to tie in with existing levels; transport of excess excavated material to Seaton Wetlands\.
