Transport Portfolio Office Implementation Support

On behalf of the Transport Portfolio Office and accountable to the Head of Transport Portfolio, specialist consultancy support is required to create adequate advice, skills, and capacity to the implementation of new ways of working for Programme and Project management functions to in-flight projects that transitioned into the Delivery Directorate. This requirement will also support the coordination of a Transport Portfolio Ofiice commission for the design and planning of new Project Management Office controls, ensuring that work moves forward to schedule, completes scope, and keeps to budget
