The overarching objectives for the ERP investment are to implement IT solutions, which support the digital delivery of: • Managing Assets \(Connected Homes\) Ensuring we get maximum value from WDH assets, having an effective portfolio of properties to meet changing demands\. • Managing Income \(Connected Business\) Having effective controls and processes to ensure income is collected and accounted for, procurement and purchasing is managed with best value for the organisation\. • Managing Resources \(Connected Workforce\) Making the most of the people, places and products at WDH's disposal to support the business operations\. • Running The Business Managing the business in line with the required governance, with a view to the future and building the WDH brand\. • Maximising Social Value Ensuring WDH's business operations have real social impact on the customers we serve
