Leicester City Council is seeking to establish a new Concession contract for Enforcement Services using a common specification to cover the following categories: - • Council Tax and Business Rates \(including Business Improvement District levy\) • Parking Services to include Parking Penalty Charge Notices and Camera Device Enforcement • Sundry Debts \(these are all other debts not described above; e\.g\. commercial rent arrears, care costs, housing benefit overpayments, former tenant rent arrears and maintenance & repair costs\)\.
