Work description
Rochford District Council are seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance plant and machinery for a period of 3 + 3 years.
The contract will be for a Service Contract and will include annual servicing of machines, breakdown cover, replacement machinery, spares, road TAX and recovery.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
