Mental Health Community Links Service

The Community Links Support Service will connect people who have become isolated for various reasons back into the area where they live, to ensure links are made with other services (i.e. GP, dentist other health professionals), to learn self-management techniques, understand local resources and also so they can make their own friends and become independent of the service.
