## Description

The Peak District National Park Authority \(PDNPA\) are the landlords at Spring Bank Farm, Warslow and invite you to tender for works required\. The work involves a full refurbishment of the property and will include strip out of existing fittings, finishes and partitions, followed by the installation of new power, lighting, kitchen, bathroom and surface finishes\.
