Tender for Toilet Refurbishment Works within Blaby District Council

The project works comprises of a toilet refurbishment within Blaby District Council Offices. The works are: * Room 217 First Floor Male Toilet. * Room 218 First Floor Female Toilet. * Room 248 Ground Floor Male Toilet. * Room 250 Ground Floor Female Toilet. It is proposed that the work will be phased in two sections of Rooms 217 & 218, and Rooms 248 & 250, with the sequence to be agreed with the Client. The works are to comprise: * Replacement of vinyl floor coverings. * Replacement of all sanitaryware. * Replacement of cubicles. * Installation of IPS system. * Redecoration. * New lighting. * Alterations to small power. * Alterations to hot and cold water services and internal drainage.
