Commercial and community space strategy for the De Beauvoir Estate

Description

London Borough of Hackney is seeking to commission a commercial and community space strategy, which takes into consideration all the prerequisites of both development phases of the De Beauvoir Estate and our Inclusive Economy objectives and guides LBH in creating an exemplary scheme that delivers economically sustainable and area appropriate commercial and community space. The strategy will need to reflect the needs of the residents of the Estate, consider how any proposed commercial and community space work together, the most appropriate locations within the estate and the wider area context.
