GB-Swindon: UKRI-4784 Oscilioscope 10GHz Upgrade

Purchase of firmware for an upgrade of existing oscilloscope from 4GHz to 10 GHz.

STFC have reviewed upgrade proposals and the chosen upgrade path is competitive in cost, quick to implement (which requires minimum disruption), and builds on expertise which has been developed over the last 2 years, with the existing Tektronix Oscilloscope.
