GB-Colchester: Redevolpment of 60 Creffield Road

Colchester Amphora Homes Ltd wish to commission a contractor to redevelop the main house, refurbishing the 6 flats therein and the new build of 2 houses to the rear of the site at 60 Creffield Road, Colchester, CO3 3HY.

It is also a requirement of this development that contractors must have a minimum annual turnover of £15 million. Bidders that apply that have a turnover below this threshold may be excluded.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Site visits by appointment only, as detailed in the tender documents will occur on Wednesday 6th and Thursday 7th May 2020.

Please note that the deadline of 12:00 (noon) 29th May 2020 stated for Expressions of Interest is also the closing date for Completed Tender Submissions to be submitted via the portal.
