Work description
GRANT FUNDING - Smart Start is a 3 year programme (2015 – 2018) designed to give children in Warwickshire the best start in life. Warwickshire County Council is working with partners from health, early years’ education, social care and the third sector to look at how best to improve outcomes for children aged 0-5 years and how best to support their parents or carers.
