## Description

Homes England is seeking to procure a member of the Property Professional Services Panel to provide project management services to enable the delivery of a number of sites in Durham and Sunderland within the Local Authority Accelerate Construction \(LAAC\) Programme\. The appointed panel member will be expected to work directly with property, planning and legal professionals within designated Local Authority to ensure the identified sites are contracted within the target timeframe\.
