## Description

The Managed Service Provider shall offer the Council Temporary Agency Workers and Interims by means of a Vendor Neutral Managed Service supported and enabled using a Vendor Management System as well as a Talent Pool and Payroll facility\. Bidders must download Document 08 Confidentiality Agreement, sign and return via the correspondence facility within the project on the portal in order to be provided with the relevant TUPE information\.
