Knaresborough Town Council provides Christmas Lighting Displays in Knaresborough. The focus of the illumination scheme is the annual ‘switch-on’ event. The Contract is for the installation, maintenance and storage of our Christmas Lighting Displays across Knaresborough. The Contractor will be required to install the Council’s existing lighting displays, which are detailed in the Tender Schedule. Proposals for the annual displays will be subject to final approval from the Council each year. The locations across Knaresborough focus on the Town Centre and include areas such as the High Street, Bond End and the Market Place. This Contract will include the erecting, dismantling, maintenance and storage of the displays. Applications to tender are invited from Contractors for the installation, maintenance and storage for the period of 2016/17 to 2018/19 with the possible extension for a further 1 year plus 1 year (2020/21).
