## Description

RMBC are seeking a suitable contract to design, manage and construct new affordable homes at three sites located around Denman Road, Wath\. These homes are to be brought into council stock\. This is a full design and build 2 stage process including associated external works, estate roads and statutory services installations where required\. This is a direct selection via EN:Procure New Build Framework\. Stage 1 awarded for 5 months, with option to extend into stage 2 works contract for a further 56 weeks\.
