Wath New Build Social Housing (Denman Road)

RMBC are seeking a suitable contract to design, manage and construct new affordable homes at three sites located around Denman Road, Wath. These homes are to be brought into council stock. This is a full design and build 2 stage process including associated external works, estate roads and statutory services installations where required.

This is a direct selection via EN:Procure New Build Framework. Stage 1 awarded for 5 months, with option to extend into stage 2 works contract for a further 56 weeks.
