## Description

The regeneration of the Guildhall Car Park forms part of the Tavistock Townscape Heritage Initiative \(THI\) and will enhance and improve the setting of the surrounding medieval and 19th-century Gothic buildings including the Grade II\* Listed Guildhall which is currently being restored\. The scope of works under this contract include installing new surface finishes \(including a new lawn area\), improvements to lighting and re-positioning a Grade II Listed statue\.
