## Description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council \(TWBC\) is looking to repair and decorate all timber sash windows within the Town Hall and the Assembly Hall Theatre \(other than 5 units that were repaired as an emergency in 2020\)\. A full programme of works has been compiled based on external and internal surveys of the windows and all visible defects have been listed for repair\. Depending on the cost of the successful tender return TWBC may also look to carry out repair and decoration works to all Crittall windows at the Town Hall and Assembly Hall Theatre\.
