Assistance with creating content and resources, supporting the team to consider innovative techniques for delivery and finalising design for all elements of the Leadership Development Programme, in order to secure buy in and ownership, especially with the challenges of a virtual environment\. Identifying the means by which to evaluate the success of delivery of the programme, its impacts on management practice and determining/establishing the information, data and process that is needed to evaluate and report on success\.
