Foreshore Road Public Toilet Refurbishment, Scarborough

The works are the refurbishment of the public toilet on Foreshore Road in Scarborough to :

provide an all year round modern toilet facility for that is safe and accessible for visitors and residents. provide modern family changing facilities including baby changing. provide a new Changing Places facility for disabled users.. reduce the energy consumption and running cost of the facility by incorporating the latest sustainability and environmental innovations.

The works involve the complete strip out of the building back to shell and the full fit out with new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, cublicles and sanitaryware and associated M&E installation.

Procurement Process used was a mini competition from the Yorbuild 2 framework contract
