Residents Satisfaction Survey - Arun District Council

Description

Every year, Arun District Council distribute a satisfaction survey to a sample number of households within the district. The survey asks for residents' views on key services provided by the Council. Some of the questions directly relate to key performance indicators. The survey is distributed via paper/postal methods alongside online and mobile friendly versions. The Authority also require the data to be analysed once returned and broken down into geographical sectors. The contract has a term of 4 years with an option to extend for 2 years.
