Work description
One off purchase of a unique artwork for the Sainsburys Centre collection, following formal acquisition process in line with national Museum Accreditation and is being supported by a Sainsburys Centre patron. The requirement falls within Part 2, Scope and General Principles, Section 3, point 32 (b)(i) of the public contract regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). A single action tender has been undertaken.
