## Description

NCG required a provider to introduce 19\+ Adult Education Budget \(AEB\) funded Learners to West Lancashire College who enrol on a Training Programme with the College and enter into a respective Learning Agreement\. Learners will be from non-devolved areas unless a subsequent agreement in devolved areas is required during the contract period\. This service is specifically to fulfil the annual targets for Distance Learning provision within NCG\.
