## Description

Medway Council wish to appoint an experienced and professional property agent to assist the Council in the valuation, marketing and disposal of property deemed surplus to requirements\. The Contract will be for an initial period of 4 years with an option to extend for a further period up to a total of 1 year\. The maximum contract term will therefore be 5 years\. It is anticipated that the contract will commence 3rd March 2025\.
