Provision of Print Management Services Procurement

The Authority is required by Parliament to print and lay copies of documents for the parliamentary audience, including command, HC and unnumbered act papers. Parliament's requirements regarding official papers must be met.

The supplier will work with Lot 1 suppliers to lay copies of documents for the parliamentary audience, including command, HC and unnumbered act papers. Parliament will advise regarding volumes required by Parliament and delivery instructions to Parliament for HC and command papers (and some unnumbered act papers). The Authority will advise regarding volumes required by the Authority, including copies for laying, relevant parliamentary committees and other interested parties/stakeholders. Delivery instructions for these copies will usually be provided by the Authority alongside final artwork supplied.
