"The Authority is looking to appoint a Service Provider to deliver Extra Care Services at Greenbrook House Extra Care scheme located in Whitworth, East Lancashire with 24 hour care services. The scheme has 42 flats.

The Contracts will be for an initial 3 years, with the option to extend for any period(s) of up to a maximum of a further 2 years. Extra care housing provides safe and secure self-contained accommodation for older adults who require varying levels of care and support to enable them to live independently in a home environment. The service required is for Background Care and Support and Emergency Response; and Planned Care provided as Spot Packages of Commissioned Care"
