## Description

• Keeping project milestones on track against strict timelines throughout the project lifecycle\. • Project governance and understanding of project finances must be a key strength • Tracking of resource time and project costs\. • Producing weekly project update reports and timelines\. • Managing project working groups and project boards\. • Agree a prioritised list of initiatives for identified projects within the Crisis & Flow Programme and work with key Clinical leads for each of them 6 • Programme meetings are set up and attended by Digital and Clinical Teams, to ensure pre and post-delivery feedback is received between each entity • Provide weekly updates on identified projects to the weekly sub-group meeting; and monthly highlight reports to Programme Board
