Service Design Discovery phase and support in implementing a service design approach

The contract consists of consultancy to help deliver initial exemplars, provide guidance in setting up a new service design team and to provide a transfer skills to that team and training to plug skills gaps to help grow our own experts and increase council-wide service design capacity.
