ESPH SB Civil and Structural Engineer Services for Bexhill Town Hall Renaissance Project (ESPH494) - AWARD

Rother District Council sought a consultant to provide civil and structural design works RIBA Stages 2-3, for the submission of a full planning application for the refurbishment and extension of Rother District Council's Town Hall based at London Road, Bexhill-On-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX. The Council intends to award the contract to the provider that offers the quality and value required for the Town Hall Renaissance project. This project seeks to redevelop the historic town hall and surrounding land for a revised town hall with provision for additional residential properties.
