## Description

BBB currently manages two facility guarantee programmes \('FGP'\) intended to improve the ability of small and medium-sized enterprises to access debt finance\. BBB requires a business partner \(the 'Guarantee Fee Collection Agent' \(GFCA\)\), to provide a consistent, secure and reliable Guarantee Fee Collection Service from 1 October 2018 for a period of three years, until 30 September 2021, with an option to extend for another 12 months\.
